Our Founder

Dr. Desai received her Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry from Iowa State University. Throughout her career, Meera has worked on a number of innovative products and technologies in the Pharma/Biotech sector, from specialized drug delivery to drug/device combination products across multiple indications. She has led product teams for all stages of development from discovery through commercialization. Over the last 10 years of her career, Dr. Desai has focused on helping companies achieve their Corporate Development objectives, including Alliance Management, Licensing, Financing, and Investor Relations.

• NACD Certified Director & Currently serves on the Board of Directors for Adamis Pharmaceuticals (Nasdaq: ADMP) and Nielsen BioSciences, Inc.

• Managed complex alliances and closed deals valued at >$1 Billion

• Expertise at In-licensing & Out-licensing of assets and technologies on a WW basis
